Return Shipping Costs
For Defective Products: FREE
No cost to you when the product is:

- Wrong item sent

- Missing parts or accessories
For Change of Mind: You Pay Return Shipping
Customer responsible for return shipping when:
- You ordered the wrong product
- Item doesn't fit
- You changed your mind
- You no longer want the item
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

How to Return an Item
Contact Us First
Email our team at hello@trendygiftidea.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return authorization and instructions.
Pack Your Item Securely
Repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and documents. Make sure it's secure for shipping.
Send It Back
Drop your package at the nearest shipping carrier location (USPS, UPS, FedEx) following the instructions in your return authorization email. Keep your tracking number!
Refund Process & Timeline
Step 1: Inspection
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused, original condition, complete packaging).
Step 2: Refund Processing
After inspection approval, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Step 3: Refund Appears in Your Account
It usually takes an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
