How long will it take to get my orders? +

Here's the honest timeline for your order:

  • Order processing: 2-3 business days (we prepare and package your order)
  • Shipping time: 7-14 business days (transit from our facility to your door)
  • Total estimated delivery: 9-17 business days from order placement

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

  2. Wait 3 business days past the estimated delivery date
  3. If still no delivery, contact us with your order number

Can I cancel or modify my order? +

We process orders quickly, so here's the timeline:

  • Within 24 hours of ordering: Contact us immediately – we can usually cancel or modify
  • After 24 hours: Order may already be in packaging/shipping – contact us anyway, we'll see what we can do
  • Already shipped: You'll need to wait for delivery and then process a return
